Some tea jars feature designs that indicate whether the good old fashioned black and orange pekoe is the tea of choice. Others indicate green tea or one of the many herbal tea blends on the market today. Some have a retro look, boasting a glass design that is similar to the large containers used in restaurants. Others advertise that the glass used is especially conducive to the sun brewing process.

Whether your sun tea jar is simple a gallon container that once held pickles or one of the models available with all the extras, sun tea is here to stay.
